This unit is larger
than most die shop will need because it it made to handle any
size die case we produce, as well as knock out the resin dies
which require 400% more force than Ceramical™ or Hydrostone™
dies.
A custom size unit can be designed,
either vertical (shown) or horizontal. We prefer to use the vertical
unit with the overhead hoist to minimize the operator having to
move or lift the dies or cases during the loading and unloading.
Units can be supplied with or without
collection hopper, not shown in the enclosed pictures.
